The book gathers important speeches and articles by General Nguyen Trong Nghia during the 13th National Party Congress term. Structured into six sections, it covers major issues related to ideological work, propaganda, and mass mobilization in the current period.

Speaking at the launch ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Trong Lam, Director and Editor-in-Chief of the National Political Publishing House Truth, said the publication highlights the role of ideological work in shaping social consensus, strengthening national unity, and combining national strength with the spirit of the times.
