He envisions Hanoi as a “Capital of Books and Knowledge,” contributing to the city's goal of becoming a cultural hub and fostering sustainable development, as outlined in the Politburo's Resolution No. 15-NQ/TW.
The event emphasizes the importance of books in society, reflecting Vietnam's educational tradition and promoting the cultural values of Thang Long - Hanoi, contributing to the nation’s sustainable human resource development.
