The Publishing House of the Association of Vietnamese Writers, in collaboration with Lien Viet Media and Cultural Joint Stock Company, held a ceremony on April 21 in Hanoi to launch a book, titled “Vu Khoan tam tinh gui lai” (literally Vu Khoan’s heartfelt messages).
The 500-page book comprises articles and speeches of former Deputy Prime Minister Vu Khoan from 2015 to 2023.

The book is divided into two main parts and an appendix. The first part is themed “Vietnam’s diplomacy and the world,” while the second one is titled “Vietnam’s aspiration: Opportunities and challenges in the new global landscape.”
The appendix is titled “Member of the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Khoan in the heart of family, comrades, and friends.”
