The Dak Lak Museum in Dak Lak province on March 8 received more than 800 precious items donated by Nguyen Ngoc An from Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province, and various individuals for display at the museum.
All the exhibits were handed over to the museum on the occasion of the anniversary of Buon Ma Thuot’s liberation (March 10) and the 80th anniversary of the first Party organization's establishment in the province.

The donations include historical and cultural items, along with others during the country’s revolutionary time, thereby helping viewers learn more about the development of Vietnamese culture and history.
Since 2018, the museum has received thousands of artifacts and documents donated by private collectors, organizations, and individuals inside and outside the province. The items have contributed to enriching the traditional cultural identities of ethnic groups in the Central Highland in particular and Vietnamese cultural features in general.
After the hand-over ceremony, an exhibition themed “The imprint of Time” opened, attracting many visitors.
On the occasion, the provincial People's Committee also presented certificates of merit to five collectors in Binh Thuan province, and other individuals for their outstanding donations of valuable documents and objects to the museum in 2020.
