The Danish Film Week is thrilling movie-lovers at the National Film Center in Hanoi and Cinestar 135 in Ho Chi Minh City from October 26-31.

Six movies screened during the event are Land of Mine; Across the Water; Key House Mirror; A Hijacking; Long Story Short; and The Hunt. They will be shown in their original language with English and Vietnamese subtitles.
Except for A Hijacking and The Hunt, the rest of the films are being shown for the first time in both cities.
The first film opening the week Land of Mine was nominated for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 2017 Academy Awards. Meanwhile, Cannes Film Festival award-winning The Hunt features famous actor Mads Mikkelsen. He starred in American block-buster King Arthur in 2004, as well as Casino Royale and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
Earlier, similar events took place in the Central cities of Hue and Da Nang in July.
