A programme themed “Vietnam – Laos special friendship, stories told through memorabilia” will be held in the Lao capital, Vientiane, on December 28.

Accordingly, an exhibition will be held to display documents, photos and artefacts that highlight the special friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Laos both in the past and today.
A meeting will be held between the families and relatives of former cadres and experts of Union 959 and Lao students studying in Vietnam since 1959 until now as well as Vietnamese students in Laos.
Notably, an art programme will also be held on December 28 at the new headquarters of the Vietnam Cultural Culture in Laos.
Under Decision No.3501/QD-BVHTTDL, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism assigned the Vietnam Cultural Centre in Laos to coordinate with Vietnam Embassy in Laos to organise this important programme.
