A special art program titled “Aspiration Under the Glorious Party Flag” lit up the Military Theater in Hanoi on September 4, celebrating the 20th Congress of the Party Committee of the General Department of Political Affairs (2025-2030 term).
The program unfolded in three chapters, celebrating Vietnam’s history, honoring its people, and showcasing the enduring traditions of the military under the Party’s leadership.
Chapter 1, “Under the glorious Party flag,” opened with revolutionary songs honoring the Party and President Ho Chi Minh, affirming their leadership in the nation’s struggle for independence and evoking soldiers’ courage.

Chapter 3, “The General Department of Political Affairs - Aspiration to rise,” closed with a forward-looking spirit, expressing officers’ and soldiers’ resolve to uphold traditions, strengthen discipline, and affirm the the General Department of Political Affairs’ role as the Party’s strategic advisory body in the military.
