The program honored historical values and cultural excellence, reflecting the aspirations of the community within this sacred space and time.

Additionally, the program promised to create opportunities for connection, exchange, and showcasing heritage with 269 Linh Lang Dai Vuong worship sites across the country, contributing to the dissemination of historical and cultural values to a broad audience.
In a document from 1572 by Academy of Grand Scholar Nguyen Binh, Linh Lang Lord is identified as the son of King Ly Thanh Tong and Princess Hao Nuong. He significantly contributed to defeating the Song invaders in the late 11th century.
To honor him, the king bestowed the title of Linh Lang Lord and ordered the construction of a temple on Long Thu Hill, now Voi Phuc Temple. Numerous temples, including 13 in Long Bien, were built in his honor.
The Linh Lang Lord Festival is celebrated across the country, particularly at the Truong Lam Communal House Festival, which was recognized as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2018.
