The Military Youth Advisory Board, in collaboration with the Department of Political Affairs of Army Corps 12, rolled out Youth Month 2025 and the 2025 training season at Regiment 209 (Division 312, Army Corps 12), on March 3, following directives from the General Department of Political Affairs.
The event began with an incense and flower offering at the Song Lo Soldiers’ Monument, honoring the heroic soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the nation’s defense.

Senior Colonel Tran Dai Thang, Political Commissar of Army Corps 12, praised Regiment 209’s achievements in 2024, especially in training, combat readiness, and participation in major military events. He emphasized the need for increased determination from officers and soldiers amid a complex global and regional landscape.

Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Van Bac affirmed that Regiment 209 would further elevate its training standards and enhance combat readiness to contribute to a strong military unit, looking ahead to significant anniversaries, including the 50th anniversary of South Liberation and the 80th anniversary of National Day.
